管的高压扭转成形工艺的数值模拟与研究

摘    要:管的高压扭转成形是一种制备超细晶材料的新技术,也是近年来比较受关注的一种剧烈塑性成形方法。研究了在二维状况其余条件均相同的情况下,试样厚度对试样应变的影响。经数值模拟的结果与分析得出管状试样等效塑性应变由试样内圈到外圈逐渐减小的规律,并得出壁厚不是试样应变的关键因素。在一定的壁厚下影响试样材料应变的关键因素是试样的平均半径,平均半径越大则试样的应变也就越大。
