| 摘 要： | 以LabVIEW软件为开发平台,用CCD传感器采集了卷烟圆周横断面图像,以图像处理的方法求出了卷烟圆周长度。介绍了检测系统的组成,然后对所采集的烟支横断面图像,采用灰度变换、中值滤波、阈值分割和形态学开运算等图像处理算法进行了端面图像分析,用LabVIEW软件的图像处理工具包计算出了卷烟圆周的长度像素值,最后通过最小二乘法进行了数学优化,得出了相应的卷烟圆周长度。仿真试验结果表明,该方法检测准确率为94.36%,可以准确检测卷烟圆周长度,有助于提高卷烟产品的质量。
