纳米级磁性壳聚糖微球的靶向性研究

摘    要:纳米级磁性微球作为磁性药物靶向治疗中的一种重要载体,通过外加磁场作用可在靶向部位大量聚集,提高靶区药物浓度。通过研究磁性微球(MCM)的制作和动物的靶向实验,探索了纳米级磁性壳聚糖微球的靶向性。实验中将大鼠分为3组:1#为靶向组,2#为非靶向组,3#为空白对照组。通过原子吸收和红外光谱等方法检测了各组大鼠体内靶向组织肝脏中的铁离子含量,1#的肝脏中铁离子含量明显高于其它组,表明纳米级磁性壳聚糖微球具有良好的靶向性。
