| 摘 要： | 通过对滨海新区公共设施现状的分析,在探析系统设计方法的基础上,对滨海新区公共设施进行要素分类,并结合其特色地域、文化条件,从宏、微观角度分析其设计理念。研究滨海新区公共设施设计系统要素之间的关系,并指导应用。通过公共设施的系统化设计,为滨海新区提升城市区域形象,完善基础设施建设,提供公众便利。
