摘    要:采用碳弧焊的方法,通过在较高范围内(0.4%~2.5%)调节Fe-Cr-C系耐磨堆焊合金粉块中B的含量,探讨B对组织和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,添加B使得初生碳化物明显细化,数量明显增多,分布也趋于均匀,细小的共晶碳化物增多,并产生硬质相B4C。实验中4种合金粉块均与基体(Q235)有良好的冶金结合。B的质量分数在0.4%~2.5%范围内随着含量的升高,堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性呈上升趋势。当B的质量分数为2.5%时,其硬度达到64.7HRC,磨损质量损失仅为1.1 mg。

Abstract:Using carbon arc welding method,through adjusting boron content of Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy system powder block in the high range(0.4%-2.5%),the effect of B on microstructure and wear resistance properties was studied.The results show that the addition of boron can refine primary carbide obviously,increase its number,and the distribution of which tends to be uniform.Fine eutectic carbide also increases,and a kind of hard phase B4C is generated.In the Experiment,four kinds of alloy powder blocks and matrix(Q...
