沉淀法制备氟氧化钇粉体及其表征

摘    要:以氯化钇溶液为原料,碳酸氢铵溶液为沉淀剂,氢氟酸为氟化剂制备了氟氧化钇粉体。利用X射线衍射分析仪表征氟氧化钇粉体的晶体结构组成,用激光粒度仪表征粒径分布,用SEM和能谱仪表征形貌和化学成分。结果表明,最佳的制备工艺条件为:沉淀温度60℃,氯化钇浓度0.2mol·L~(-1),碳酸氢铵浓度1.0mol·L~(-1),滴加速度10mL·min~(-1),氟化温度20℃,灼烧温度700℃,在此条件下得到粒度分布均匀、形貌为针状的氟氧化钇粉体。

Abstract:Yttrium oxyfluoride was synthesized in aqueous solution by reacting with yttrium chloride as the raw material,ammonium hydrogen carbonate as the precipitator,and hydrofluoric acid as the fluridizer.XRD,particle size apparatus,TEM and EDS have been used to characterize the physical performance of yttrium oxyfluoride,to study effects of calcination temperature on crystal structure,particle size,appearance and chemical component of yttrium oxyfluoride.
