自动静电玻璃撒粉机设计

摘    要:为防止玻璃在储运过程中发霉,在玻璃之间需要撒一层防霉隔离粉。自动静电玻璃撒粉机实现了在线撒粉,可根据玻璃传输速度自动调整撒粉量,利用静电技术使撒粉均匀,附着力强。设计了以s7-200 PLC为基础的控制系统,重点介绍了控制系统的硬件配置、输入输出点分配和软件设计。测试表明:撒粉量为0.4~1.8g/m2时,85%的粉附着于玻璃,满足玻璃的储运要求。
