| 摘 要： | 对影响铸渗质量的主要因素进行了分析 ,采用正交实验对 1 6Mn钢表面进行了 Ni基合金 V- EPC法铸渗处理 ,从中确定出合理的工艺 ,为生产实践提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive factors of influence on the quality of cast on surface alloying processing were analyzed in this paper.With V EPC process,the cast on surface alloying for the 16Mn steel was achieved by means of crosscut experiment.An available process was obtained and to be provided for production. |
