| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制的转轨,政府对社会保障承担的责任有增无减,社会保障财政风险不断地加大。结合当前的具体情况,从养老、失业、医疗保险等方面对社会保障财政风险问题进行了深入地分析,并提出了防范和化解的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Wth the transition of the economic system,the government is taking more and more responsibility for the social guarantee. Consequently,the guarantee is taking more and more risks.Combining the concrete conditions,this paper probes this problem from the as- pects of retiree security,unemployment,and medical insurance and put forward some policy suggestions for the precaution and solution of this problem. |
