摘    要:在国标法测定挥发酚的直接光度法中,存在灵敏度低、体系稳定性差及空白值高等不足,在显色反应过程中加入非离子表面活性剂Tween-80后,与国标法相比,灵敏度显著提高,稳定性增强,并降低了空白值,方法的线性范围为0~2.5μg/mL,检出限为0.084 mg/L,用于自来水中挥发酚的测定,结果准确,加标回收率为95.5%~102.6%,RSD为2.3%~4.4%。

Abstract:The blank value is high and the stability and sensitivity are low in the determination of volatile phenol in water by direct colorimetric method.An improvement on this method has been conducted in this paper.The addition of non-ionic surfactant Tween-80 in the reaction increases the sensitivity and stability,and decreases the blank value.The linear range for determination of volatile phenol is 0~2.5 μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.084 mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of volatile phenol in tap water and the results are accurate and precise.The recovery of standard addition is 95.5%~102.6% RSD in the range of 2.3%~4.4%(n=6).
