环烷酸酰胺合成研究

摘    要:采用环烷酸与一乙醇胺等直接缩合脱水来制备环烷酸烷醇酰胺类表面活性剂,通过正交试验,确定了环烷酸一乙醇胺合成的优化工艺条件:反应温度为145~165℃,n(一乙醇胺):n(环烷酸)=1.05~1.1:1,反应时间2.5~3.5h,一乙醇胺加料方式采用一次性加入。并通过胺值检测对产物进行了性能测定。

Abstract:The surfactants of naphthenic acid alkanolamide are produced by the directly con- densation dehydration of naphthenic acid and monoethanolamine. The best condition of synthesizing naphthenate ethanolamine by orthogonal experiments is that the reaction temperature is from 145 to 165℃, the molar ratio of monoethanolamine to naphthenate is from 1.05 to1.1:1; the reaction time is from 2.5 to 3.5h; monoethanolamine should be added in one-time. Performance measurement for the products is made by the test of amine values.
