摘    要:通过建立数学模型和编制电算程序计算,作出了连续换热式氨合成塔内最佳温度Tm和最佳浓度yNH,m沿触媒床高度l分布的曲线Tm—l和yNH3,m-l,比T—Y图更能直接、明确地反映床层轴向实际温度和氨浓度与最佳温度和氨浓度之间的偏差分布规律.

Abstract:By means of mathematical model and computer program the optimal temperature Tm and ammonia concentration y NH3,m profiles along the catalyst bed length L in ammonia converter with successive heat exchange,which are depicted with Tm-1 and yNH3,m-l curves respectively,have ben worked out. Compared with T- y figure,the above mentioned curves can more directly and accurately reflect the deviations of axial profiles of actual temperature and ammonia concentration in catalyst bed from the optimal ones.
