基于GPS/GIS的物流运输管理系统的实现技术

摘    要:为了实现对在途车辆的实时监控,提高物流企业的运作效率和管理水平,运用卫星导航定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球移动通信系统(GSM)、短信息(SMS)等多种技术并结合现代物流创新理念,开发出了基于GPS/GIS的物流运输管理系统,并在实践中获得了成功应用.在分析技术原理及应用方法的基础上,从系统总体设计和硬件、软件设计的角度阐述了该运输管理系统的设计与实现的全过程.最终本系统完整地实现了定位数据的传输、电子地图的匹配显示以及移动目标实时监控等基本功能.

Abstract:In order to implement the real-time control on the way vehicle and improve the operation efficiency and management level of logistics enterprise, with various techniques of global position system (GPS), geographic information system(GIS), global system for mobiles communications (GSM) and short message service (SMS) etc. and the creative principles of modern logistics, a logistics transportation management system based on GPS/GIS is developed, and a successful application is acquired. By analyzing GPS, GIS, GSM and SMS technique theory and application method. From the views of the system total design, together with hardware and software design, the whole process of the logistics transportation management system is presented in deteail. It integrally realizes the located data delivering, the electronic map matching and showing as well as the real-time monitoring function of locomoful target.
