从氰化浸渣中回收锌的研究

摘    要:通过试验研究,采用组合捕收剂从氰化浸渣中浮选被抑制的闪锌矿,获得了较佳试验指标。在试验确定的条件下,可从全泥氰化浸渣、精矿氰化浸渣中分别获得92.57%、91.49%的锌回收率,锌精矿品位分别为45.80%、50.24%,均达到了出售品级要求。

Abstract:Experiments are carried out to float zinc blende from cyanide leaching slag with combined collecting agent. Ideal experimental indices are obtained. In the technical conditions determined by experiments, the zinc recovery rate from all slime leaching slag and concentrate leaching slag are respectively 92.57 % and 91.49 %. The grade of zinc concentrate is respectively 45.80 % and 50.24 %, which meets the grade demand.
