| 摘 要： | 通过应用钢包双透气砖吹氩技术,提高了钢包底吹率,减少了钢包底吹氩死区,使钢水成分和温度更加均匀,并降低钢中夹杂、减少铸坯成分偏析,因而提高了钢水质量及轧材性能的稳定。

| Abstract: | Through applying ladle argon-blowing technology by two gas supply bricks,the ladle bottom blowing rate is increased,the dead band of ladle argon bottom blowing is reduced,the composition and temperature of the molten steel are made more uniformity,and then the inclusions in steel and the composition segregation are dererased.Therefore the quality of the molten steel and the property stability of the rolled metal are improved. |
