一氧化碳与乙烯共聚制聚酮高分子

摘    要:一氧化碳(CO)与乙烯共聚制可光降解的聚酮类树脂在环保和能源方面都有重要意义。乙烯与CO在钯(Ⅱ)-膦配合物催化作用下共聚,制得熔点在247℃以上的共聚物。用红外、核磁等手段进行了产物表征。结果表明,聚合物具有COCH2CH2n的线性交替结构。系统地考察了催化剂组成、反应条件及溶剂等因素对反应的影响,得出一些规律性认识。

Abstract:The photodegradable copolymers of carbon monoxide with ethylene are of considerable importance especially in environmental protection and energy saving The copolymerization catalyzed by palladium(Ⅱ) phosphine complex has been studied in this paper White powder with m.p.above 247 ℃ was obtained as the product The copolymer was characterized by IR、 1H NMR、 13 C NMR,and the copolymer structure was identified as COCH 2CH 2 n The systematic study of catalytic compositions、reaction conditions and solvent effects revealed certain regular patterns
