塔河油田碳酸盐岩油藏稠油采油工艺技术浅析

摘    要:流体粘度高及其变化的复杂性决定了塔河油田稠油油藏采油工艺的多样性。塔河油田稠油油藏采油工艺主要包括稠油降粘、稠油机采、复合采油工艺。目前降粘工艺以掺稀油降粘工艺为主,以电加热为辅;机械采油工艺以有杆泵采油工艺为主,螺杆泵采油工艺和电动潜油离心泵等无杆采油工艺为辅。介绍了塔河油田稠油油藏应用的主要采油工艺技术,对其适用性进行了评价,找出了影响其使用效果的主要因素,提出了改进建议。

Abstract:The diversity of process engineering of thick oil production is decided upon the complexity of high and variable fluid viscosity in Tahe oilfield. In Tahe oilfield, the technology is mainly comprised of dropping viscosity, thick oil mechanical exploitation, complex production process. Presently, the main process of dropping viscosity is to mix into thin oil, then subsidiary is to make electrical heating. The main process of machine production is sucker rod pump, screw pump and power pump potential oil without staff subsidiary. The paper introduces the major production process engineering about the application of thick oil production petroleum deposit in Tahe oilfield, evaluates its adaptability, searches out the key factor about influence on application effect, presents the mending opinion.
