高大空间粉尘污染的节能治理

摘    要:根据JBJ10-96国家行业标准规定,具有变动尘源的厂房要采用全面通风进行通风除尘。但是,对于有变动尘源的高大厂房而言,采用全面通风不但运行费用高、耗能大,而且不能满足环保节能的要求。本文采用在厂房中部利用射流气流进行隔断,对厂房内的污染物分层分区处理,减少除尘系统能耗。

Abstract:According to Chinese standard JBJ10-96,the form of ventilation and dust removal in workshop which has changeable dust source is general ventilation. As far as the large workshop with changeable dust is concerned,the general ventilation is expensive,depletive,and at the same time it can't meet the request of environmental protection. This paper uses jet airflow to cut off workshop in the middle,and to deal with harmful substance in workshop with stratification and partitioned space allocation,this method can reduce energy consuming of dust removal system.
