无卤阻燃增强PBT材料的开发及应用

摘    要:研究了OP、PX、EPFR 3种无卤阻燃剂对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响.结果表明,阻燃剂OP与EPFR的阻燃效果比较好,能使PBT达到UL94 V0阻燃级别.其中阻燃剂EPFR对材料的力学性能影响最小,性价比最高.

Abstract:The effects of three halogen free flame retardants OP,PX,EPFR on the mechanical property and flame retardancy of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) blends were studied.The results showed that the addition of OP and EPFR retardants was well,with PBT reaching UL94 V0 grade.The influences of EPFR on mechanical properties of PBT were the smallest,and the price quality was the highest.
