4-甲氧基肉桂酰基壳聚糖季铵盐的制备及防晒性能研究

摘    要:以4-甲氧基肉桂酸和壳聚糖(CS)为原料合成了4-甲氧基肉桂酰基壳聚糖(MOC - CS),然后用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵对MOC - CS进行季铵化反应,得到了4-甲氧基肉桂酰基壳聚糖季铵盐(QMOC - CS),采用IR和1 HNMR对QMOC - CS进行了结构表征,并通过紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计和扫描电子显微镜研究了QMOC - CS的防晒性能.结果表明,QMOC - CS在100 g水中的溶解度为1.3g,头发对QMOC - CS的最大吸附量为5.38 mg/g,QMOC - CS对头发有紫外线保护能力.

Abstract:p-Methoxycinnamoyl chitosan derivative(MOC-CS) was synthesized by formation of amide linkages between p-methoxycinnami acid and chitosan(CS).The quaternary ammonium salt of p-methoxycinnamoyl chitosan(QMOC-CS) was prepared by further quarternarizing MOC-CS with N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride.The structure of QMOC-CS was characterized by IR and 1HNMR.The properties of QMOC-CS were studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometer,florescence spectrophotometer and SEM.Results showed that the solubi...
