小型半导体制冷恒温控制系统的实验研究

摘    要:构建了一种新型的基于半导体制冷的小型恒温控制系统,利用该系统对影响半导体制冷效果的关键因素进行了实验研究,并且给出了优化导体制冷效果的改进意见,在开环实验测定系统控制参数的基础上,利用单片机半导体制冷进行了闭环自动控制实验,室温下,加负载,控制温度范围为6-7℃,系统在航天、医疗以及民用的小冷量制领域都可得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:A constant temperature control system,based on the semiconductor cooler,was set up.With this system,the key factors which influence the effect of semiconductor cooler were studied,and the improving method was initiated to optimize the cooling effect.On the basis of parameters got from the open-lope control experiment,the close-lope self-controling experiment was done with the help of MCU.At room temperature,the temperature control scope is about 6-7 centigrade in the condition of loading.This system can be used widely in aerospace,medical areas and civil small cooling system.
