| 摘 要： | 作者通过分析我国铜工业发展态势，对国内铜需求做了预测，认为我国铜供需缺口在工业化完成之前将持续存在。解决该供需缺口必须采取“适度加强国内资源开发和保持合理的进口规模”两种措施去应对，同时考虑消费水平和进口量，在政策选择上要注意合理搭配，以此保障我国铜资源供应安全和使用上经济最优。

| Abstract: | Copper resources,the industrial base of nonferrous metals,is indispensable to one nation's industrialization progress.Having analyzed the copper industrial situation and forecasted the demand,the author believes that the shortage of copper will exist until the completion of the industrialization.To solve the problem two measures have to be adopted.One is to strengthen the exploitation of domestic resources in moderation,and the other is to keep the rational importation of copper.Consumption and importation are of the same important to the sustainable and economical resources provision. |
