蒸馏过程改质剂的研究及应用

摘    要:研究开发了一种新的烁油改质剂FT-101,在胜华教学实验厂0.50Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置上应用,提高常压拔出率1.2个百分点以上;在0.10Mt/a催化裂化装置的分馏塔上应用,提高轻质油收率0.83个百分点。加入改质剂不仅可以提高馏分油收率,还可改善油品质量,汽柴油胶质含量和硫含量显著下降,而且应用该技术对装置动改量少,经济效益显著。

Abstract:A new type of distillation improver FT-101 has been developed and applied in a 10 000 b/d atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Shenghua Teaching Experiment Factory. Light oil yield in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit has been increased by 1.2 percent point. It also has been used in a 2 000 b/d FCC unit as well and the light oil yield increased by 0.83 percent point. Not only the distillate yield has been increased but also the oil products quality improved by adding the improver. Content of gum and sulfur in gasoline and diesel have been evidently reduced. In addition, little modification has been made in the unit and good economic benefits have been obtained.
