| 摘 要： | 目前流动层析成像技术是公认的是具有前景的多相流参数检测途径，其发展主流之一是电容层析成像技术，其中小电容检测是该技术的关键和难题之一。针对电容层析成像系统，通过讨论比较，从三种小电容测量电路中选择出一种用于电容层析成像（ECT）系统，实验结果表明该电路能够满足使用要求。

| Abstract: | At present,the technology of tomography flow imaging is generally acknowl-edged as a test means for multi-component liquid,with the best prospects.The technol-ogy of electric capacitance tomography is the main trend,and in this system,the mea-surement of low value capacitance is one of the keys and the difficult problems.In view of electrical capacitance tomography system,three types of low capacitance mea-suring circuits are described in this paper.One kind of them is selected for our ECT system.Our experiment results show our circuit to be satisfying. |
