摘    要:针对目前疏松砂岩油藏压裂防砂由于受到充填工具的限制,采用2步法施工周期长、作业成本高,而且压裂效果难以保证的难题,研制了YC—152压裂防砂一体化工具。该工具集地层压裂改造和环空充填防砂于一体,主要由坐封装置、高压复合密封组件、锁紧装置、悬挂装置、丢手装置、解封装置和填砂装置7部分组成。携砂液流通通径大,满足4 m3/min排量压裂施工的需要;封隔压力高达35 MPa,悬挂能力700 kN。室内试验和现场试验表明,该工具综合性能可靠,很好地满足了压裂防砂的要求。

Development of YC-152 integrated tool for fracturing and sand control
Abstract:For solving the problem of being difficult to carry out sand control during the fracturing operation in the unconsolidated sandstone reservoir due to long period of operating and high cost by using the two-step method as well as because of the limit of packing tool,YC-152 integrated tool for fracturing and sand control is developed.Incorporated with formation reconstruction by fracturing and sand control by packing the annulus,the tool mainly consists of setting device,high pressure complex sealing part,latching device,hanging device,unsetting device,releasing device and packing device.With a large sand-carrying drift diameter,it can meet the demand of fracturing with a displacement of 4 m3/min.The packing pressure is high up to 35 MPa and hanging capacity is 700 kN.The indoor test and in-situ test indicate that the comprehensive performance of this tool is reliable and it can meet the demand of fracturing and sand control satisfactorily.
