摘    要:提出基于层次分析法和证据理论的课堂教学质量评价方法。首先,针对课堂教学实际,通过专家咨询和实际调研的方法,建立了教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系;其次,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,引入证据权处理评价主体差异,提出了基于证据理论的评价方法;最后,通过实例分析验证了方法的可行性,为教师课堂教学质量评价方法研究提供了新思路。

Abstract:The paper proposes a method to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching,which is based on AHP and D-S theory.The paper builds the system of evaluation of quality for classroom teaching by consulting experts and investigating the reality.The method of evaluation is based on AHP theory which can be used to determine the index weight and the D-S theory which includes the experts' suggestions who have different favor of evaluation.A case of evaluating college teachers proves the rationality of the method which can provide a new way to improve the result of evaluating quality of classroom teaching.
