陆风X6车架有限元分析与结构优化

摘    要:基于陆风X6的实体建模之上建立了其有限元模型,对各零部件之间的连接关系进行了模拟,并在此基础上进行了静态强度特性分析,得到了引起车架纵梁产生开裂原因的结果.对陆风X6车架进行了结构优化并在陆风x8上得到了应用,结果表明优化后的陆风x8车架结构克服了车架纵梁开裂的问题,对工程有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:Putting forward the concept of offroad vehicle's low stress frame,establishing finite element model based on solid modeling of Landwind X6,simulating connection relation between parts and analyzing its static strength,obtaining the cause of the frame side rail cracking.Optimizing structure of Landwind X6 frame,the results show that the structural optimize frame overcomes the problem of longitudinal beam cracking and is applied and popularized on Landwind X8,and it has practical value in engineering.
