摘    要:以水体有机提取物(Organic Extracts,OE)作为水体有机物污染的检测目标,应用重组酵母实验、MCF-7细胞增殖实验、小鼠子宫增重实验及暴露生物标志,从不同终点检测了水样OE的内分泌干扰活性.检测结果显示:慈城水厂及梅林水厂的源水、出厂水及管网水均呈阴性;源水为阳性的江东、北仑及南郊三个水厂,经过水厂常规净水工艺处理后,内分泌干扰活性都减弱了,甚至直接转变成阴性,初步表明水厂常规净水工艺对某些内分泌干扰物质有一定的去除作用.

Abstract:Organic extracts(OE) was regard as monitoring mark on the organic pollution in water, and made use of recombinant yeast assy,MCF-7 c ell proliferation assay,uterotropic assay and exposed biomarker to monitor endoc rine disruptors on OE.The results indicatd:the raw,finished and pipe network wat er of Cichen and Meilin water plant are all negative;Although the raw water of J iangong,Beileng and Nanjiao are positive,the activity of endocrine disruptors ar e all weak through conventional water treatment, even change to negative directl y.This results preliminary showed that conventional water treatment can get rid of some endocrine disruptors.
