| 摘 要： | 铸造用砂热膨胀性测试装置,由加热装置、温控装置、移位检测单元、数据记录与处理单元等组成,可实现铸造用砂随温和等温热膨胀性测试.利用本装置测出河北及内蒙古某著名铸造用砂的热膨胀-温度曲线.

| Abstract: | Thermal-expansion detector for casting sand is designed and developed,which is composed of heating, temperature controlling,expansion-detecting,data-recording and processing parts. It can be used to detect the thermal-expansion properties of casting sand under changing or constant temperatures. In the end,the expansion-temperature curve of a typical kind of casting sand from Hebei province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been given by using this device. |
