大功率轮胎式装载机的液压传动系统研究

摘    要:通过对装载机静压传动和动压传动两种传动方式的比较 ,分析了静压传动系统相对于采用液力机械的动压传动的一些优点 ,指出装载机发展现状及开始向高技术、大型化、采用静压传动的趋势。在分析装载机大型化和采用静压传动存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了大功率轮胎式装载机的静压传动方案。

Abstract:This paper analyzes some of the strong points hydrostatic transmission in contrast to hydrodynamic transmission through the comparison of the hydrostatic transmission and the hydrodynamic transmission of the wheel loader,and points out that the present situation of the development of the wheel loader and the trend of high technology,big power and the popularization of the application of hydrostatic transmission. On the basis of the analysis of the problems lying in the trend of the big power and application of hydrostatic transmission, it puts forwad the schemes of hydrostatic transmission of big power wheel loader.
