多晶莫来石纤维耐火材料在乙烯裂解炉上的应用

摘    要:乙烯裂解炉经多年运行,炉衬粉化严重,炉壁散热损失较大,热效率下降。通过采用在原陶纤衬里表面粘贴多晶莫来石纤维的方法,既降低了散热损失,提高了炉子热效率,也保护了原有衬里,延长了衬里的使用寿命。

Abstract:After operation of ethylene cracking furnace for many years, the furnace lining was effloresced seriously. The radiating heat loss of furnace wall was larger. The heat efficiency was reduced. By pasting polycrystalline mullite fiber on the original surface of ceramic fiber lining, not only reduced the radiating heat loss but also raised the heat efficiency of furnace. The original lining had been protected. The service life of lining had been prolonged.
