飞机配电系统负载仿真器的研究与设计

摘    要:为了能在实验室的条件下验证飞机配电系统的逻辑功能及其各项性能指标,对飞机配电系统负载仿真器的原理及实现进行了研究和设计;在飞机配电系统负载仿真器所包括的上位机和下位机的系统方案中,上位机用Labview编程并由RS-232与下位机通讯,下位机利用DSP和FPGA实现对SSPC模块和汇流条电压信号模块及负载的电流信号模块进行仿真;在与电气远程终端(Electrical Remote Terminal)和电气系统处理机(PSP)的联调测试中表明,此系统可以完成预定计划中飞机配电系统的地面实验的各项任务。

Abstract:By the reason to validate the logic functions and performance of the Aircraft Electrical Power System, a method about R&D of the Aircraft Electrical Power System Loads Simulator is presented. In this project of the Aircraft Electrical Power System Loads Simulator, the upper controller is programmed by the Labview and it communicate with lower controller by the RS-232, SSPC module and the Voltage of the bus and the current of the loads are simulated by the lower controller which constructed by DSP and FPGA. The integrated testing with the Electrical Remote Terminal and the PSP indicates that this system can perfectly complete the schedule tasks that the Aircraft Electrical Power System Loads Ground experiments needed.
