基于DSP的双余度永磁无刷直流电动机控制系统

摘    要:研究了基于一片DSP(TMS320F240)控制的双余度永磁无刷直流电动机驱动控制系统,详细介绍了系统DSP控制器的硬件电路设计,实现对电动机的位置、速度和电流的检测,给出了系统软件设计方案及控制策略,从而实现对整个系统的控制。实验结果表明,由一片DSP构成的控制器控制双余度电动机系统,硬件电路结构简单,同时系统实时性好,响应快,3种工作模式之间切换方便,具有良好的控制性能及动态特性。

Abstract:A control system of dual-redundancy permanent magnet brushless DC motor(PMBDM) based on one digital signal processor(TMS320F240) is studied in this paper.The hardware design solutions of the DSP controller is detailed,then the position,speed and the current of the motor are detected,the software design solutions and the control method for the whole control system are presented.Experimental results show that the dual-redundancy motor system based on one piece of DSP has simple circuit,real-time and rapid response,the switch among the three work modes is convenient at the same time,and the system has good control performance and dynamic characteristic.
