| 摘 要： | 根据热精轧工艺特点，把铝带轧制变形区三维应力模型和热精轧变形抗力模型相结合，对常用的几种牌号的铝带在热精轧时变形区轧制力分布进行了数值模拟，通过与实测值比较，两者基本吻合，表明数值模拟的结果是可信的。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of h ot finishing rolling process,the model of3D stress in rolling de-firmation zo ne of Al strip has been integrated with the model of deformation resistance in h ot finshing rolling.Numer-ical simulations of the roll pressure distribution i n the deformation zone in hot finishing rolling process have been done on Al str ip of specimens.A comparision of simulation results and experimental results ha s indicates good agree-ment,verifying the validity of the simulation results. |
