| 摘 要： | 研究型大学的职能是培养高素质人才 ,发展高科技 ,为社会提供高水平服务 ;其工作重点和职能关系与一般大学有不同 ,把科学研究和研究生教育放在突出的位置。本文对研究型大学的育人职能、育人观念、育人目标及体系等作了初步分析 ,以便更好地认识和把握研究生、本科生教育等育人环节。

| Abstract: | The primary function of research-based university is to train high quality elite, to develop advanced technologies, and to render high level of services to the society. The relationship between the task emphases, which are the scientific researches and the post-baccalaureate education, and its functions is different from other general universities. This article studied the education functions, concepts, purposes and systems of the research-based university, to better understand and practice the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate education. |
