紫金山高品位铜矿石的热压氧氨浸铜研究

摘    要:对紫金山高品位铜矿进行了热压氧氨浸铜工艺研究 ,并从初始氨浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间等几方面对工艺参数进行了探讨。结果表明 ,初始氨浓度、浸出温度及铵盐量在一定范围内有最佳值 ;减小粒度、延长反应时间、增大搅拌速度、减小矿浆浓度可以提高Cu的浸出率。在氧气分压 0 5MPa,温度10 0℃ ,浸出时间 4h条件下 ,Cu的浸出率可达 96 1%。

Abstract:The hot-pressing oxygen and ammonia leaching technology on the high grade copper ore from Zijin hill is studied, and the effects of original ammonia concentration, leaching temperature and time on the technology are also investigated. The results show that the original ammonia concentration, leaching temperature and amount of ammonium salt addition have their optimum in a certain rang. Decreasing granularity, extending leaching time, raising speed of stirring and reducing concentration of mine slurry all benefit the extraction of copper. The extraction efficiency of copper can reach 96.1% in the optimum conditions:P O 2=0.5MPa, 100℃ and 4h.
