| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了森吉米尔轧机自动厚度控制(AGC)的特点及森吉米尔轧机AGC系统的构成,并进一步分析了冷轧机厚度控制的原理;详细介绍了森吉米尔轧机自动厚度控制系统的各个AGC回路(包括BISRAAGC、前馈AGC、反馈AGC、Smith AGC、秒流量AGC以及张力监控AGC)的计算公式和控制作用.结合森吉米尔轧机AGC系统的实际应用,讨论了各个AGC控制回路的相互关系.
