新型捕收剂DLZ对黄铜矿和黄铁矿浮选的作用机理研究

摘    要:研究捕收剂DLZ对黄铜矿和黄铁矿的浮选行为。浮选试验结果表明,DLZ对黄铜矿的捕收能力强,最大回收率为95.7%,而对黄铁矿的捕收能力弱,回收率小于10%。动电位分析发现与DLZ作用后,黄铜矿的动电位比黄铁矿的动电位下降的更多,证明DLZ对黄铜矿和黄铁矿的捕收有选择性。红外光谱分析表明DLZ在黄铜矿表面的吸附属于化学吸附,在黄铁矿表面的吸附属于物理吸附。

MECHANISM OF COLLECTOR-DLZ IN CHALCOPYRITE AND PYRITE FLOTATION

Abstract:The flotation behavior of DLZ was studied.Results of flotation experiments show that the collecting ability of DLZ to chalcopyrite is stronger than pyrite,the max recovery of chalcopyrite is 95.7%,the recovery of pyrite is less than 10%.Zeta potential analysis showed that the zeta potential of chalcopyrite decreased more than that of pyrite after interaction with DLZ,confirming that DLZ showed selectivity towards chalcopyrite and pyrite.FTIR results indicate that the adsorption of DLZ onto chalcopyrite surface is chemical absorption and onto the pyrite surface is physical adsorption.
