摘    要:轴流式水轮机在含沙水流中运行时,常遭到泥沙严重的损害.目前大部分通流部件用非金属涂料进行保护是较为有效的.但在叶片背面与转轮室中环等处,各种保护措施往往遭到失败.文章分析了失效的原因,提出了从水力和结构上加以改进,采取消除或减轻空化的措施.

Abstract:In China many hydraulic turbines have been eroded by solid particles in water flow. Forpropeller turbines mast components can now be succesfully protected by nonmetalic coatings. Howeverthe coatings on the suction side of blade and middle part of runner chamber are often quickly eroded.It is found that the erosion is offen caused by combined action of sand abrasion and cavitation. some measures for solving this problem are suggested.
