高强度高性能混凝土研发的技术特点与对策

摘    要:高强度高性能混凝土在开发和应用中还存在一些技术难点:(1)由于新拌水泥混凝土的结构粘度大,泵送施工困难;(2)在结构形成过程中,产生自收缩与开裂;(3)在潮湿环境下,由于水泥继续水化,会产生湿胀开裂;(4)在高温作用下,高强度高性能混凝土结构会发生爆裂。针对上述问题,广州西塔项目工程开展了研究,采取了相应的对策。

Abstract:There are several difficult problems to solve on the technics of High Strengh and High Performance Concrete(HS/HPC):(1) The pumping construction of the fresh HS/HPC is difficult due to its structure viscosity;(2) To take place the self-shrinkage and cracking during the structure formation;(3) The HS/HPC will crack due to cement continued hydration when it subject to the wetting condition;(4) The structure of HS/HPC will be blasted while exposing to high temperature;In this paper,the measures,which will be taken to solve these problems respectively and are based on the study of the project of Guangzhou West-tower,are discussed.
