| 摘 要： | 简要分析了顾客满意度国内外研究现状,着重从重要性、必要性和可行性3个角度提出了我国石油机械制造企业顾客满意度研究存在的问题,阐述了我国石油机械制造企业顾客满意度研究的目的、思路和方法,为加快其CS战略实施、推动行业乃至石油系统CS工程建设提供理论支撑。

| Abstract: | To briefly analyze the status quo of customer-satisfaction degree at home and oversea,this paper emphatically brings forward the views of customer-satisfaction degree for China's petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises in aspects of importance,necessity and feasibility,and discusses its research objectives,thinking and methods so as to lay theoretical foundation for china's petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises to quicken the implementation of its CS strategy,strengthen the construction of customer-satisfaction project for China's petroleum machinery manufacturing industries and even the whole china petroleum system. |
