摘    要:介绍的是鞍钢大型轧钢厂对3号加热炉所实施的两次油气两用技术改造,一次是随着生产的发展和民用煤气的增加,冬季煤气出现很大缺口,要求季节性烧油的情况下进行的,一次是在供应鞍钢的重油粘度大大增加、使燃油无法正常的情况下进行的。改造后的生产表明,高压内混油枪的燃烧效果,优于高压外混式油枪;燃用高粘度重油困难较大,要在合适燃烧条件下,才能达到预期的燃烧效果,可收到加热炉节能16%,增产7.4%~11%的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,two technological transformations of reheating furnace No. 3 for oil and gas dual - fuel are introduced . The first transformation of reheating furnace for seasonal oil - burning was done under the circumstance that the gas demand for civil use was increasing , especially in winter season. The second transformation was carried out when the viscosity of heavy oil supplied to Anshan I &S Co. increased to so high a level that oil fired reheating furnace could not operate under normal conditions. The practice after transformation shows that the combustion result of high - pressure inner - mixing oil lance is better than that of high - pressure outer - mixing oil lance , it is difficult to use highly viscous heavy oil which can be used with desired results under suitable combustion conditions ,and the reheating furnace can save energy resource 16% with an effect of 7.4%~11% output increasement.
