abstract： Facing current development situation and weighing instrument profession present situation, although everybody understands that we must carry out the scientific development concept, in the definite movement, some enterprises don＇t work hard in ＂well＂ and in ＂nature＂. Therefore, in practical work, how to implement and realize the scientific development concept correctly and comprehensively, pr~,esses ＂well＂ and ＂quickly＂ dialectical relations in the development, overall each work of coordinated professions, regarding current weighing instrument profession, this is also a very vital and urgent duty. Only everybody truly unifies the understanding, finds right science countermeasure action, we could guarantee that the weighing instrument profession is to be well and quickly forward developing.
