摘    要:介绍了液压支架四连杆机构的基本原理和设计方法;通过对液压支架运动学的分析,以掩护梁和顶梁铰点的运动轨迹与给定曲线的水平差值最小为目标函数,建立了液压支架四连杆机构优化设计的数学模型;采用Scilab软件对目标函数进行优化,并通过实例计算得出优化的结果。

Abstract:The basic theory of four-bar mechanism in hydraulic support employed in the mining industry was describesed.The objective function is found obtaining from analyzing the kinematics of hydraulic support to minimize the trajectory displacements of the coupler point between roof and shield.The objective function is optimized using Scilab and the optimized result is found through numeric example.
