摘    要:分析了声发射信号和常见声发射数据采集系统的特点,提出了一种基于USB2.0和CPLD构建的多通道高速声发射数据采集系统的方法。介绍了系统基本结构、工作原理以及其中信号放大、反混叠滤波、USB通信和CPLD逻辑实现部分。经实际测试与应用,该系统最高采样频率可达10 MHz,USB传输速率可达40 MB/s,且功耗较低、携带方便,可以满足对声发射信号的实时监测应用。

Abstract:A multi-channels acoustic emission high-speed data acquisition system, based on USB2. 0 protocol and CPLD chip, is represented. The system structure, the amplifier, the filter, USB and CPLD are discussed, and the principle is also introduced. By using and measuring practically, its sample rate can be 10MHz, and the USB port in the system can be used at 40MB/s transmission rate. The system can satisfy the monitor application, which has the performances such as low power, easy carrying and flexible composition.
