某褐铁矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:某地铁矿石中主要铁矿物为褐铁矿和赤铁矿,脉石矿物主要为高岭石等硅酸盐,磨矿过程中,极易泥化,导致可选性变差。采用选择性絮凝脱泥、磁选、浮选及重选等工艺对该矿石进行了分选试验。结果表明,对这种类型的褐铁矿,采用强化矿浆分散,强磁选分离工艺是最合适的。在原矿铁品位为37.34%的情况下,可获得铁精矿品位54.12%、回收率62.16%的良好技术指标。

Abstract:An iron ore contains limonite and hematite which are its main iron minerals and silicates such as kaolinite which are its main gangue minerals.The ore is very apt to produce slime in the grinding process,leading to a deteriorated beneficiability.Tests are made on the ore by adopting processes including desliming by selective flocculation,magnetic separation,flotation and gravity separation.The test results show that the separation process consisting of enhanced pulp dispersion and high intensity magnetic separation is the most suitable one,which can obtain an iron concentrate grading about 54.12% at a recovery of 62.16% from an iron ore assaying around 37.34% iron,rather  good  metallurgical performances.
