| 摘 要： | 在对LX131型载货车车架进行改型设计中结合有限元分析,调整部分横梁位置至车架弯曲变形的过渡区域,使新方案在较原设计减少一根横梁的情况下,横梁应力没有明显上升,电测试验结果表明改进后的车架满足强度要求,达到了降低产品成本的目的。

| Abstract: | The modified design of LX131 truck frame is done based on FEM analytic results.In new frame structure,the number of frame cross members decrease but the stress on beam no apparent increase which achieved by adjust the location of some of the frame cross members to the frame bending deformation of the transition region.And achieved the purpose of reducing product costs. |
