| Abstract: | From the origin of corporate culture, this article makes comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of general corporate culture with that for a construction enterprise. And based on the operating features of the construction enterprise, it also makes some initial discussion on the ways and methods for corporate culture development of the construction enterprise. |
