| 摘 要： | 研究了离子排斥色谱法、脉冲安培检测器分析检测亚硫酸根的方法，检出限为2．89mg／L，相对标准偏差为2．7％，线性相关系数为0．9910。该方法用于食品样品的分析，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | Sulfite in food was determined by ion exclusion chromatography with pulsed amperometry. Buffer (20mrnol/L Na2HPO4/10mmol Mannitol,pH9) was added to the standardsolution and samples to make them more stable. The method detection limits (S/N=3)wasfound to be approximately 2. 89mg/L SO2. Linear coefficient was 0. 9910 and relative standard deviation (n=7) was 2. 7%. This method was also applied to analyze the food samplesand got satisfactory results. |
