| 摘 要： | 为了满足精密级进模的设计要求,以质子交换膜燃料电池电极板级进模为例,编制了凹模镶块、凸模及凸模固定板等典型零件的加工工艺方案,并运用三菱NA2400慢走丝线切割机床对典型零件进行了加工。经检验,各零件完全满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the design requirements of a precision progressive die for the electrode plate of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),machining process schemes for some main parts like split die,punch and retaining plate of punch were compiled;and then the key processes of the parts were implemented by MITSUBISHI NA2400 low-speed WEDM. |
